ACE ASSESSMENT

Prior to joining our training program, athletes will participate in our ACE Baseball Development Assessment & Corrective Program performed by Dr. Tony Katakis and the ACE staff in our facility, Elite Performance Academy. Assessments will consist of a throwing evaluation along with mobility, stability, and overall movement testing to obtain each athlete's baseline.
